Daniel, Byron C. (61)
Byron Coleman Daniel, 61, husband of Jane Owsley Daniel, of Lexington, died Monday, March 8, 2010.
He had worked for Island Creek Coal Co., Mason and Hanger Group and Harbour, Inc. in sales and marketing. A native of Hazard, KY, he was a son of the late Zebulon and Ambie Bean Daniel. He graduated from UK with a BS in Marketing and was a member of Bluegrass Sportsmen’s League.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Brad & Jenny Daniel and their children, Curtis and Alex; a sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Jim Duke; a dear cousin, Linda Hogan and her husband Buddy; his mother-in-law, Reba Owsley; sisters-in-law, Sue (Dave) Walters, Jacqueline (Terry) Hager and Norma Hatton and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 pm Thursday at Milward-Southland with interment in Lexington Cemetery. Visitation from 7 to 9 pm Wednesday.
