I did not know Mr. Bates personally, but I know his daughter Anne. One's memory lives on in others, and Anne is one of the kindest, most generous, and most creative people I know. Mr. Bates memory is safe and flourishes in his daughter. Thoughts, prayers, and love to Mr. Bates and his family.
