saysEarl was such a great man and friend to our family. He and my papaw JT were best of friends and I have several childhood memories that included Earl! I will never forget answering the phone at papaws and him asking if it was raining over there and what the weather was doing. He will be greatly missed but I know he is talking farming and life with papaw!

saysSo sorry to hear of Earl’s passing. Worked with Earl at IBM. He was my manager on the typewriter line for a spell. I visited with Earl years ago at his farm. Earl a Vietnam Vet served ‘63-‘65 as was I also a Nam Vet serving ‘66-‘67. Earl was a man of truth and good ethics, a man you could believe and trust. He and I had a number of good talks during our time at IBM. Earl Jones a good man will be missed.
