I am so sad to hear this news and I live in CO and had been worried I hadn't heard from Billie and searched and found this and I am in shock. Billie's Dad and Mom were related to my side of the Webb family. ( her Dad's Mom was my grandpa's sister). Billie was the one who called to tell me when her Mom and Dad passed. I adored her parents and corresponded with her over the years and always wished to see her on my next visit out to KY. I will miss corresponding with her and wish her eternal peace and Jana is in my prayers.
Billie, You and Jana so dear to my heart. Will miss all the messages checking on me. Your heart was so dear to everyone. Love you always. Charlotte
Jana, I was so sorry to hear about your mother. You and your family are in my prayers.

Billie was one of my dearest friends. She was a sweet and caring lady. I will miss her texts when UK is playing. Blessings for Jana, Jenny’s friend always. Billie now has her eternal reward✝️😥
I was glad to have met Billie through our Special Needs group. May God wrap you in His as arms and give your loved ones peace in the days to come.
My Dear Billie, I always told you that you were the strongest person, man or woman, I'd ever met. I treasured the friendship and closeness we shared for 60 years. We had such fun times when Carol would let us have impromptu parties at your house. My love and prayers will be with Jana and Tommy every day. You've made Heaven even brighter. I'll love ya forever.
