It is with
great sadness that the Smith family announces that Duane died peacefully with close
family present on May 18th at the VA Hospital, Lexington Kentucky. Born in
Whitesburg Kentucky, he lived an amazing life being with family and friends
with a great love for music. A Life Celebration will be announced at a later
time.
