I worked with all Kristi in the late ‘90’s at Day Treatment. Those were some of my fondest memories of living in Lexington. We had a great group of staff then! Kristi was such a team leader, advocate for the teens, fun to work with and the loudest UK fan I have ever met. :) I hate to hear about this but know she made such a positive impact on the kids and staff she worked with because she genuinely cared for everyone.

Kristi and I met working with Division of Youth Services. I have known her to be a sweet person. She always had a smile on her face and loved her job. I remember when we attended Juvenile Criminal court working a case, when a parent was very angry and threatening with me and Kristi, as kind as she was, stepped in to assist me. Kristi was one of a kind and will be truly missed.

Kristi was dedicated to all youth and families of Lexington. She was so hard working, willing to do anything necessary to make life better for those in need. She worked with everyone without regard to their situation. She never wanted any recognition. The most unselfish, caring, social worker I had the honor of working with for many years. You are a blessing to all of us!

I met Kristi when I was at MASH. She started out as my student intern, than she started working for me part time. She talked me into applying for a job with LFUCG so the two of us rode to Louisville at 6:00 am on a Saturday to take our State Board exam. A great person she was.
