Bernice Brockman Stephens Mudd, 86, of Lexington, KY
passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018. She was born on December 16, 1932
in Adair County, Kentucky. Bernice was a
homemaker and a former bookkeeper for Begley Drugs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands;
George H. Stephens and Francis P. Mudd, her brother, Chester Brockman and her
sister, Marilyn Brockman.
Bernice is survived by her four children; Pam Bullock of
Knoxville, Tennessee, Jeff (Lois) Stephens of Lexington, Kentucky, Kathy
(David) Allen of Richmond, Kentucky and Mindy (Jerry) Cooper of Versailles,
Kentucky, one brother; Colby Brockman and two sisters; Dot England and Carolyn
Moore, eleven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be on Monday, December 31 at
11:30am at Milward – Southland Drive in Lexington. Visitation will begin for the public at
10:00am. Burial will follow at Lexington
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the
Lexington Rescue Mission or to the George H. Stephens Scholarship Fund.
